All issues are first and foremost initially to be dealt with in house, with your representatives on the committee.
If issues are with other houses, the committee members will forward the complaint to that house and will be dealt with.
If issues still persist, the committee will then hear about the issue in a closed forum, where it will be discussed in private.
If needed the parties will be called before the committee to account for their parts.
Failing all of that, the information from each stage of the process will be passed to the Chairperson for a final decision.
