Grievances towards a member of the Committee or Chair, must be expressed in written form. Grievances are treated in the strictest of confidence. All Grievances will be investigated by a third party (No exceptions) If a Grievance is upheld, the member to which the grievance is made will face expulsion from their position, and possibly the board.
